Caution! When driving in from the west (I87), do not rely on a GPS, which will probably send you to Wells, Vermont and then Lamb Hill Road. This approach involves using a nearly impassable woods road. You should take Route 140 out of Poultney, Vermont to get to Middletown Springs.
